A two storey front extension, rear extension and re-modelling of existing property to creating a modern property with greater ‘kerb-appeal’. Providing the client with an open plan living and dining area, new reception room, improved family bathroom and master bedroom suite.

New Apartments

Refurbishment of an existing building to create new apartments with a new storey above in Princess street, Manchester.

New HMO

A Change of use from existing Offices to two self contained flats in Mansfield.

HMO Conversion

A Change of use from a Public House to three residential units.

Rear Extension 1

A rear extension with new basement garden room. Re-modelling of existing garden involving new retaining walls.

Side Extension 1

A two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and house re-modelling. Providing the client with an open plan living and dining room with a great link to the rear garden, new utility space and new bedrooms with a shared en-suite.

Client Review

Warren designed a fantastic extension for us, listening to what we wanted, and advising us on improvements to make it work.
